Christian Crosses In Bavaria.
36 Answers
Some time ago, a few churches removed crosses in case they offended muslims who were being offered shelter there.
Now German state of Bavaria has just passed a law insisting all public buildings must display a cross at the entrance, to emphasise the country's Christian roots, and I suppose. Try to stem the tide of Muslim influence.
I think it would be a good idea here as well.
How about you?
As a first step towards rebutting creeping Sharia?

This is one small world and it's problems are a lot bigger than the petty squabbles between those of different belief structures. In the great scheme of things mankind and it's differences will be a few seconds on the clock.
They've only just finished chipping the Swastikas off the buildings there. Bavaria has always been a hotbed of right wing nastiness and divisiveness, apparently up to their usual tricks. Out of interest why is one imported Abrahamic Middle Eastern religion so appealing to you but it'a almost identical counterpart so repugnant, for those of us interested in none of them it's really mystifying.
One can see they could be concerned with the excess number of Merkle's illegal immigrants invading them. Seems a likely knee jerk reaction to avoid voters swinging to extreme parties. A desperate measure that's hopefully as temporary as the immigrant surge who'll obviously want to return home to familiar surroundings as soon as possible.
I am Christian but strongly object to enforcement of any religion and on the opposite side of the coin, I also strongly object to the banning of any religion.
Faith should very much be a personal decision.
The Bavarian government seems to have overlooked the fact that Christ is also a Muslim prophet.

-Talbot- "The church were I work and the church I pass on the way home used to open its doors at sparrow fart...the doors were left open for people to come and go as they please.
Due to vandalism that no longer is case... Both remain locked unless there is someone there"
I am not actually sure how this is relevant?
