ag I dont want to be intrusive, but you do have an after care plan in place with either your GP or a community nurse?

TonyV, - my mum despairs of me as I don't live properly and take proper care of myself.I don't follow instructions well and I tend to give up easily.My recent episode followed another one a few years ago when I'd had enough of everything.
I'm supposed to see my GP next week.

I had a few run-ins with the police just before I took ill but I was the victim and still got into trouble.

ag today is another day do not over over do it and write a list of things you want to do and prioritise them if you can cross 1 off a day that will make you feel better in that you will have achieved something. You cannot change the past only the future.

I hardly sleep and just getting through the day is an ordeal at the minute.I desperately want to get back out with my girlfriends who deal with the same risks and we are safer together.Thanks for your advice.

OK ag does your doctor not have any appointments that can be booked on the day? Or can you not just just turn up at surgery and wait for a cancellation? Really away this time.

ag, I could tell a story on here about the cops that involved myself and three of my mates ( happened to us separately over four consecutive days in the early 70's )that probably wouldn't be believed on this site. And all because a new chief superintendent had taken over as the chief cop at our local nick.

It's hopeless at my surgery trying to get fixed up quickly and even the local walk-in gets mega busy early doors.

Mental Health services access is slow and poor.It's small wonder people give up Tony...

Tonyav, no, I don't hold out much hope and I can't stay stuck indoors much longer.I need to get out and she doesn't want me to associate with the company I keep but the girls need me like I need them.I can't turn my back on them.

I think she wants me to steer clear altogether from any negative influences but it's not that simple.We have shared so much together that I can't just walk away.I know people sneer at us but we are loyal and look out for each other.
