The prophecy promise is that the people will be regathered from the whole world, and uses the metaphor of dry bones, as the nation is dead without a land, and a valley? The valley is metaphorical, it doesn't exist.
It is a correct use and example of metaphor.
Others that could have been used, are, a ship without a rudder, and I am sure you could think of many more.
But you are either being awkward, or willingly blind to the message, or simply lacking in understanding.
Over many years, no serious scholar has had any trouble understanding this, but you do.

The 'prophecy' was about reuniting the two kingdoms (which never happened). The tribe of Judah (South=Jews) and the other tribes (North)
The Jews (of the tribe of Judah) were one kingdom.
So the 'Jews' now have a homeland? So what? There's no Biblical precedent (or prophecy) that supports that.
(Jew does NOT equal Israelite)
There are 10 lost tribes of ISRAEL!!! (Not 10 lost tribes of Jews)
No one knows who they are, there are no tribes of Israel in the country now known as Israel! (Despite Ezekiel's prophecy).

And just how is Jesus the son of David when his father is God, not the human seed of any man?
How on Earth is Jesus the son of (in any sense) an adulterer, a murderer and a liar which David was?
