The reason I posted this thread, is that Imnave learned a lot from Ravi, and its like losing a close friend.
Hoping I don't get accused of stuffing my belief down your throats, I simply wanted to pay tribute to Ravi, by presenting you with the opportunity to listen to him.
That, to me, is a fitting tribute.

Theland, I and many others saw nothing wrong with your original posting. I did not see it as stuffing your beliefs down anyone's throat and I simply accepted it in the terms it was written. Other people may have seen it as an opportunity to open a debate, question all sorts of things. That, I feel, was misguided - at best.

AH, I’ve told you - but if that isn’t enough allow me to put it this way. I have no desire to compete with anyone but if I did and I offered advice in, say, the technology section, it would be abundantly clear to anyone who knows anything about technology that I don’t know what I’m talking about - which is why I don’t. They don’t have to ‘prove’ my ignorance in that particular area - in posting inaccurate information in that section I would be doing the job for them.
