I dont think there any mention of him (satan} creating anything in the bible But that doest t mean he did not create anything ,But we must also remember that he was created and he was a cherub {high rank} powerful angel and give a big responsibility to take care of the human couple {caretaker} . .He s selfish desires got in the way .The only thing I can remember is Exodus 7 .9 .14 when god used Moses to perform a miracle.. pharaoh - magic practising sorcerers priests.
