Which atheists are saying the earth doesn’t matter, Goodlife? I don’t know any who say that.

As for doom and gloom, nothing doomier or gloomier than wasting your life dwelling on dark thoughts of death, misery and destruction as you do. You must be a joy to live with.

The Earth is a mess....yes and if I wanted to recommend a belief structure to heal the Earth Wicca would probably win hands down. I certainly wouldnt suggest a religion that gives man dominion over the beasts of the Earth and the birds of the air. we are guardians and stewards, it is in our keeping not our control.

Here we are in the 21st century and you look and see , that man can't solve one problem, and seems you all like that way.

The Bible was not written for nothing. But while millions are coming into Jehovah organisation time will go on a bit longer until he sees no more heart, who want the real life.

Do signs of the times have meaning for us today?
As Bible Student and a Christian, I personally, feel that the Bible is applicable for us today.
For example, I read the scripture in 2 Timothy 3 verses 1 - 5 and I counted 19 qualities that human kind are today. Some of these being lovers of money, boastful, haughty, disobedient to parents, When you see the news and read the newspapers you see all these things around us. So considering this was written approximately 2000 years ago this is applicable today.
Also when you compare other parts of the Bible, much of it ties in with what is happening on the earth today.
There was Noah’s day. People were violent then, sexual immorality was rife. Look to at the account of Sodom and Gomorah. Those two cities were full of sexual immorality, homosexuals etc.
Can you see the connection with today? I read yesterday that Biden the new president of the USA has signed a law to allow transgender take part in female sports. In essence this means that soon women will no longer have rights.
IMO definitely fulfilling what the Bible says.
