Hang on a minute. Anne, having made no attempt to address the OP, reprimands us for straying off topic and there has been one no attempt to respond to
Nailit’s request. He has asked the reader to justify hell. Of course those who dismiss the notion can’t address the issue but those who believe in it must be able to offer justification
for it, so how about it?
I am not a fan of hell.
Can I justify it?
Yes.
We don't know God apart from the little He has revealed about Himself in the bible.
But we can't begin to appreciate His purity, holiness, glory, and majesty.
None can enter His presence unless they are clothed in righteousness. There is no room for sin.
Those who choose to die in their sins are rejected and appointed to destruction, and that is hell.
Exactly.the same way you're qualified to preach about God's existence. Belief. You believe it, others don't. The problem tends to be that you never willingly accept that what you think of as true differs from someone else and their personal truth.
Oh dear, and after all that study, you're still no more qualified than me or anyone else. Perhaps you could have done something more productive with the time.
//Forty years of study, more intense the last ten.//
Is irrelevant if what you've studied turns out to be false. The point is that you only have your faith to support the source of your study. An expert in the Bible you may be Theland, but you had to take the initial leap of faith in order to believe the Bible is factual.
You may be right and maybe we are all going to hell, but there's also a pretty large chance that you've spent 40 years studying a fairytale.
