//Why worry about being cast into a lake of fire for all eternity if you do not believe in god? //
Who is worrying about such an event?
I certainly dont.
Who are you asking?
It was to you nailit, you say you do not believe in god,but then said today is the first anniversary of your mums death and christians expect you to pay homage and worship a god that is now torturing my mum in some unimaginable fire pit,you can not believe that if you dont believe in a god.

Questioning someones beliefs is not saying that I believe them.
I can question a flat Earthers beliefs but saying that I must believe in a flat Earth beliefs to begin with is absurd.
As is your post.
//That's just the problem you dont have any beliefs//
Why is not having any beliefs a problem?
Seriously,
Why do you see not having any beliefs as a problem???
Mystyfied!
I dont have beliefs anymore.
I either know something or I dont!
And Im content with that now.
If YOU want to believe in a god that would torture youre loved ones in an unimaginable inferno while you worship such a been then carry on.
Personally Ill pass thanks!
Well we have made a lot of progress with this thread. Nailit, I think starts these threads merely to engage in a rant. Meanwhile time is fast running out. Time to take the promises of God seriously while you still can.
If I have at least made people aware of the Rapture then I will count it as a win.
Nailit; the poor christians have never really got over the shock at finding that the Lord didn't arrive on cue to save the world. Their intellectuals have been squirming and reinterpreting the gospels ever since, trying to make sense of it all.
