Since my teeenage years...

When I became a christan and then studied the bible in depth.

I then became a non believer in religion but thought that there MAY be something to it

Eventually began exporing religion and the occult.

Got heavelly involved in the occult....

(realized that it was all about belief)

(to the point of been the token sceptic of a paranormal research team)

 

and then fobbed of by everyone, lol.

The 'Satanic Panic' of the 80's springs to mind.

Incidently, this was the time period that I was a teenage christian and swallowed it all hook line and sinker.

It all turned out to be a croc of carp...

And all instigated by christians with an agenda,

Vulcan 42 "Blessing or Curse, you can choose" by Derek Prince is a good introduction to the subject. It covers freemasonry, but there are other authors who tackle the dangers of freemasonry is greater depth.

I also have at least a dozen different translations of the Bible plus apologetic literature and other christian writings including the early church fathers such as Augustine etc.

Also have the Bhagavad Gita, Koran, Book of Mormon, etc.

Should I get rid of those as well?

Perhaps the thing you are looking for might appear when you're not looking for it.

I understand some people feel they need something they believe in, and I do know some people like that, but sometimes there just isn't anything.
