Priapic Piest!

Greetings each!
I have been aware since late 2004 that a practising Taunton Vicar has been engaging with other men for sexual purposes in a well known "gay" cruising area near Taunton Market.
A friend of mine has witnessed him engaging in sodomy:
I have witnessed him apparently soliciting:
The Police are aware:
The Bishop of Bath and Wells is aware:
The late Bishop of Taunton was aware:
The present Archdeacon of Taunton is very much aware:
The Somerset County Gazette is aware:
The Western Daily Press is aware:
The News of the World is aware:
I have personally informed all the above of my suspicions. I have even dropped heavy hints to the vicar himself at his Church, but he denied any wrongdoing.
He has also denied any wrongdoings to his Church superiors, although he apparently admitted a "slight indescretion". This reeks of a cover-up!
No-one seems to want to do anything!
Someone needs to do something about this situation. I have a name, address, name of Church, details of two vehicles used, a pic of one of the vehicles parked in Priory Bridge Road car park and a few pix of the culprit "walking the route", including some taken last Saturday night!
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can put a stop to his illegal activities for good?
Cheers.

My dears:
I do not intend to become involved in an argument over this particularly with "The Prophet" who, as well as possessing the morals of an alley cat, clearly has no comprehension of the issue whatsoever!
I have no problem at all with what men do with each other IN PRIVATE, but I do have a major problem with heavy sex acts being perpetrated in a public toilet in full view of anyone who enters! The particular toilets referred to are on the edge of a river near the Town centre: are sited next to a boating club and mainly used by families with CHILDREN particularly at weekends!!
Additionally, the vicar concerned has been known to conduct a marriage service in his church on a Saturday afternoon, where he no doubt preached on the sanctity of marriage, and then to leave his own matrimonial home in the evening to seek sex with men. He would then be seen in his pulpit the following day preaching on rights and wrongs to the rest of us "miserable sinners": how hypocritical!!
Anyone who has any doubt about the legality of carrying out sexual acts in public places would be well advised to read-up on the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (as amended).
Cheers.

squidgelet10 - Many gay people participate in bit of "casual toilet ramming" at some time or the other. It's a fact of life and I dont see why this person should be treated any differently because he is a Vicar.
What worries me more is that you are following him around, obsessing about him and writing about him on the internet. Are you getting turned on by this or something? Just leave him alone!!

Now I'm really confused. Isn't that sort of thing against the rules as far as the bible's concerned? And here's Philanthro defending it - and with what I can only assume to be the appropriate terminology!
Having said that, it does seem rather creepy squid, for you to be following his antics so avidly.

This is a difficult one. I empathise with squidge simply because he/she has this knowledge. Being aware of another side of the vicar that the regular church goers don't, and not a very nice one at that seems to be bothering you squidge. Maybe you feel like the Vicar is practicing what he preaches against. Therefore decieving his congregation and this is uncomfortable. If the whole congretation knew what you do, do you think they would still attend his church? or call for his resignation? You seem to stil be attending if you are dropping hints so has this knowledge not put you off?
Why is there so much sordid sex in religion?

The basic relationship of the individual to his or her God is a direct one, requiring no intermediation, although it is hopefully facilitated by a good parish priest, whose job it is to serve the local community, to "feed the flock". There have always been gay vicars, just as there have been heterosexual ones. It's not a problem so long as they carry out their primary duty of pastoral care. The parishioners will finally make their own accommodation with what is or what isn't acceptable to them.
The simple point is that the sexual orientation or gender of our priests and vicars is just not really our business any more than the proclivities of our neighbours. What matters is the honesty of relationships and integrity of our promises. Christ was no wet. He posed uncomfortable dilemmas over wealth, love and the treatment of our fellow men. But on the inner workings of our sexual lives, he did not make any judgement.
If you are a man referring to this vicar as priapic I would imagine you are beginning to question your own orientation.

Mani, I agree wholeheartedly with Whicker. You should be ashamed of yourself. Of course no one would want their children to witness such things, but your solution is nothing short of diabolical. I don't for one moment condone what this man is up to, but you clearly haven't considered the implications of your suggestion because what you're actually doing is encouraging Squid to blackmail this man, and that can't be right under any circumstances. I sincerely hope Squid ignores your advice and leaves the situation for the police to sort out, otherwise he'll find himself in big trouble - and not only that - he'll be considered as some sort of sick freak!
And incidentally, to suggest that other people are engaged in similar practices when you know absolutely nothing about them is not only insulting, it's not conducive to intelligent debate.
