a nice Indian lady painted on the other contestants foreheads a red circle. She said this was a spiritual eye, which I took to be a symbol of her faith.

Would it have been allowed if someone from a different faith handed out crucifixes as it may cause offence to you know who.
I am not religious but tolerance does seem to be a one way street.

The contestants in deal or no deal all get to know each other really well. I would think that no matter what the symbol was or what faith it belonged to, it would not have been found offensive by the other contestants. If the viewing public were offended by any of it, well thats their problem isnt it?
I do know what you mean though, what is accepted with one faith may be different for another.
