Dear Family

It's still early enough for me to be able to gather my thoughts before we begin our Christmas Day activities. My daughter has beautifully decorated meal trays with menus and prayer cards along with small sprigs of holly. She has made small burgundy napkin rings, which a friend helped her make at a clay class. And we have food for kings. Yesterday we roast two giant turkeys. I've made American cornbread stuffing, a fresh cranberry compote, sweet potato souffl, both green beans and sprouts (only because I detest sprouts!) and a double cream mashed potato. And we have small pots (with thanks to British Airways) for fresh gravy. We've made rich chocolate brownies, dusted with icing sugar and a small side of crme anglese.

We'll begin delivering meals just before noon. The polished silver cutlery and dishes have been accumulated throughout the year from charity shops and the base of the menu card invites the recipient to either keep or dispose of them as they wish. And there's a Christmas cracker for each, compliments of Fortnum & Mason's.

The past eight weeks have been extremely challenging and have severely restricted my ability to visit AB. Please accept my apologies for appearing to have simply drifted into the ether-world of technology.

A rather belated Happy Christmas from me Fr Bill! Nice to have you back.
Have a wonderful and peaceful Christmas, Fr Bill. I too can't stand sprouts!

Happy New Year To All xxx
Village Vicar, I don't understand why you have posted this here in R&S, since, like you, most of your flock do not frequent this section, and I'm pretty sure that most regulars here know nothing of 'Old Grape' and her problems. Wouldn't Chatterbank have been more appropriate?
Village Vicar - With respect, I must echo Naomis' post above. Who is old grape?

I have to say that I am always totally amazed at your apparent super human time management skills. I am humbled and put to shame compared to you. Any tips for somebody who only has 24 hours in the day?

Finally, admiring what you do, I am often curious as to what you believe?

He is a scammer , read what Ethel said , she is a wise bird , apparently the V V , Rev Bill ********* lives in the same are as me so will do a bit of investigating .
Well, well... Didn't think you'd gone far VV.

Happy New Year.
O just came upon this via a reference in B and S.

Legend -I still think he's a scammer and I think the whole Grape thing was a set-up -just the same as you can sniff out aliases I can sniff out fakes.I am not going to be basty about Grape or Bill for that matter but this whole thing reeks of way far too good to be true.

I do things to help others but dont feel the necessity to post on three posts with every nauseating detail - in fact dont feel the need to post at all let alone forever give out my outdated website.

Nah -if its sounds to good to be true then it usually is.
