Your inability to remember previous discussions makes me laugh. But not in a good way.
Islam, Christianity and Judaism all worship the same God (albeit under different names) and all of these three religions recognise Abraham (or Ibrahim in Islam) as the founding father of their religion. Since the Old Testament was written before the Koran and the Torah, it is reasonable and rational to say that the Old Testament is the foundation of all these three religions. Mohammed simply borrowed bits and pieces of Judaism, Christianity and other older ancient myths in order to create his religion called Islam.
