In two hours this fascinating programme demonstrated admirably the utter madness that is religion and the overwhelmingly negative effect it has on the human mind. A Christian justifying the cold blooded murder of a doctor who carried out abortions; a fanatical hate-filled Muslim who had been born an American Jew and is now determined that Islam will rule the world; another Christian happy at thoughts of hell causing children nightmares; Jews teaching their children that the world is only 5000 years old; the separation and segregation of children on the grounds of the religious convictions of their parents, and a psychiatrist brought up in a strictly religious home who could still hardly bare to speak of the horrendous psychological effects it had on her, and who is now dedicated to working to help people affected by the child abuse that is religious indoctrination. And moving on from the programme we have Keyplus and his silly fantasies.
If the delusions and the mental aberrations that any of these people suffer were caused by anything other than religion, society would be quite justifiably concerned for their welfare, they would be placed under medical supervision, and they would be given prescription drugs to alleviate the condition.

Perhaps they agree with whatever nonsense you say. That is the only reason I can think of.
