A New "smart" Scam To Avoid

I note that the BBC's reporters have contacted the firms that have allegedly raised the invoices demanding large sums of money. That seems to be rather pointless (apart, possibly,from trying to measure the size of the problem), as they'll obviously know nothing about it.

They should, instead, have contacted the owner of the (perfectly legitimate) website which has been hacked and then used to host the malware which the email links goes to. The owner of that website can then take action to remove the malware, leaving just a dead link in the emails.

Since the BBC can't be bothered to do the obvious, I've just done it for them!

Aw Buen you have spoilt it. They were BBC employees that were getting the scam mail. They have been spamming and scamming us for years.
