Why Can A Phone Number Ring Me After I Blocked It?
26 Answers
I was contacted yesterday by cryptocurrency scammers trying to get me to deposit £2,000 into a ‘trading account’ that they would control for me, ie, steal. The number that rang said United Kingdom (where I’m from) yet from their accents they were from Pakistan or a similar country. Anyway I declined their offer and blocked the number, yet today I have been rang three times by that same number even though it’s been blocked. Why is this and how can I stop it? Thanks

I could explain why - but best thing to do is watch some of the videos by Jim Browning, Kitboga, Scammer Payback, Trilofy Media or Lewis Tech on Youtube.
These people are scambaiters - their videos may look like a joke or bit of fun, but look past that and you will see that they show what would happen if you allowed the scammers onto your computer.
These people also prevent people getting scammed by gaining access to the scammers computers and getting victim details, then calling them to warn them. In some cases through their channels they fundraise money to help those who have been scammed.
