.................but not for me.

Well done Plastic Whistle on thrashing Dunfermline, your only realistic title challengers. Meanwhile, Linfield get rogered at Solitude to compound a miserable season. Well done Cliftonville, but not your fans.

Part of the Dunfermline news has broken Wharton, but that's only the tip of the iceberg. I believe savings of close to £450,000 need to be made ASAP, and the Chairman has stood down at the end of the season, knowing full well what is to come. With Hearts also in dire straits it looks bad for Scottish football and I suspect a period of sustained Septic dominance is on the horizon?

Hi Duncer
Thanks for that (the thread title and the sentiment) and the info on the Pars. You're a gentleman :-). Sorry about The Blues, and as you say, it looks very bad for Scottish football all round. I read somewhere during the week that there are 5 or 6 six other clubs in similar circumstances to Hearts; the article didn't name them. I can't see any serious challenge to Celtic until Rangers get themselves sorted out, which they no doubt eventually will but it looks as if it's going to take a bit of time. I watched your Cliftonville clips on the other thread and I'm saying nothing (I don't want to get barred from AnswerBank). Good Luck.

The sad thing is, I didn't really expect anything else from them. Make no mistake, we have some stupid fans too, but immense work has been done towards weeding them out.
