Its been on the cards. They look doomed, so they probably thought need to give someone else a chance to keep them up.
Madness.
A victim of his own success.
If he had got relegated last year which was more on the cards than winning the Premier League he would probably still be in a job with Leicester about 6 in the championship.

unbelievable...but nothing suprises me in football anymore!
I think most of us knew it was coming, no matter how disrespectful it is.
Strange when they are still in the Champions league and with a chance to progress at least into the next round.
nigel pearson should be welcomed back with open arms, he knows the club and the players. if they bring in somebody else it could go pear shaped.
I was pretty miffed when I heard, then that creep Lineker popped up condemning it, and I thought..............hmm must have been for the best.
Arks the guy who took all the training stints last year was side lined by Ranieri, and he has been taking training instead. May be something in that.
It is a complete shame he had such personality and everyone appeared to love him - It hasn't gone down well with the fans.
Craig Shakespeare was taking all the training sessions until this year.
craig shakespeare, former baggie, need i say more?
Much ado about nothing.......or a comedy of errors?
If the fans feel strongly over this, they should refuse to attend any further matches until their manager has been reinstated.

Hit the bosses where it hurts most, 'money'.
