I've just had to watch a football match with the commentary in Italian......the only bit I understood was....football's coming home......but from me...

When I came back on tfl from meeting a couple of friends in the pub, we had to stop at a level crossing and we could hear someone shouting. I thought, ohgod don't get on the bus and sit next to me. Turns out is was a drunk England supporter who was ranting about penalties. Now the local radio is playing "It's coming home" When is this all over anyway?

It was, Sharon.....even I got twitchy at the end and roared when England won.....

Couldn't believe they let the fouling cheaters back into it when all was won.
Found it difficult to believe we won on penalties, especially after going one down.
Could do without that sort of excitement.
Hope they can recover for the rest of the matches.
Good final result though lads; well done for that.
