Are we going to turn the tables on Germany this time and put the Penalty woes of the past to rest.
They have a very good young side but England have more experience, but we need to be on top form if we are going to pull it off. No more Penalty woes please so lets beat them fair and square in 90 mins.

I'm afraid it's going to be a 'dirty' match with mucho bookings, dirty tricks and dives...
Would be worse if Ballack had been there now he is a dirty.......

merciasounds ! If you fill the Germans up with a pile of that nice food of yours they will not be able to play properly so it will be an England win. Invite them round ! lol

Agree with you on the discipline and bottle Steve. The media don't help at all especially when they put the boot in !
well personally I think england have a good chance of overcoming the germans, germany have not played well and only managed a 1-0 win over ghana, to me that puts us as evens.

now argentina and brazil are different animals, we could struggle against them unless our passing improves.
It will take more than optimism to get an England/Argentina final, as they're now in the same half of the draw and will play each other in the quarters if they get that far.
