Fantasy Football Progress

With over a 1/3 of the Season gone already how is everyone doing so far ?
X-Ray is running away with it at present with 533 pts whilst I am languishing in 23rd with only 310 pts !
My other half Rowan is miles ahead of me in 15th with 363 pts !
It would be nice if one of us could win one of the Monthly Prizes on offer, or better still win the Comp outright !

redman -I have been lax of late but i'm pulling my socks up as I had a great week and leapfrogged my husband and that was only in the hotel when we had a weekend break ;)
I wish this was a sticky like the last time -we dont have the same joshing and camaraderie going and that was the fun bit.I know lets ask the Ed -cant do any harm-can it?Loads of times I want to ask something and then i have to google and its just not the same as having a bit of banter.

I agree Dris ! When it was a 'Sticky' it was possible to ask Questions and exchange Banter but the Thread has disappeared into obscurity.
I'm sure hubby was thrilled with the leapfrog Dris !! The things we get up to for the sake of Fantasy Football !
I have no more Transfers left for this Month so will have to wait until December to fiddle about again.

lol -aye but I do take it seriously but like I said i miss the wee competative streak you get when we're all talking shop.Hey at this stage we could be encouraging Ray as he must be quite high up the ratings.I even posted about the SuperSix so peeps could take part in that.

I'm just hanging on in tenth,(401pts) leading you all into a false sense of security (those above me) I think the Ed could only extend the sticky for two month at the time.

i know my footy dris,
dont pick your captain as the best player, pick him as the player you expect to get most points. TEVEZ and DROGBA are my 2 strikers and tevez is captain as they are gonna get mega points.

I've stayed the same this week. Languishing at 16th place. Keep having to change players who get injured.

That's the problem Jan1957 ! Each time I transfer out an injured Player the one I put in gets injured as well ! Duh Duh and lots of Duh's !!

mf - brunt, bale, nolan, gerrard (henry at moment due to injury)
st - tevez , drogba.

Last chance for everyone to use up their November Transfers this weekend.
I cannot change anything as I have used up all mine and will have to wait until next month ( Dec ) before I go storming up our League. Look out X-ray and Rowan I'm just getting warmed up !!!!

I had a good start, but have slipped recently (bit like Chelsea really). I've made a couple of transfers this week and expect a better showing, but I may regret the decision not to select Tevez out on the grounds that he is an ugly, cheating, dirty Argie.
