Today's ITV 7 is made up of 3 races from Ascot (1st leg 2.05), 3 from Haydock and one from the all-weather flat meeting at Lingfield. Some very small fields probably means that the tie-break will come into force and, at first glance, i don't know if i'll bother with the ITV7. Though, of course, i will be having a punt.

Close but no cigar. Stake just about back for the place double. So invested £6 on the Rugby later. England to win ... I know I know, and first try scorers. 6 X bets on May, Nowell, or Tuilagi to score first and the spread to be 6 - 10 or 11 - 15 to England.
