Andy murrays mum seems to be at every match he plays, unless she has a valid reason, say in his fitness regime, or is his manager, but im not sure i would care to have my mum there all the time.
I always think of Marlon in Emerdale when I see A Murray, but it is a yes from me, I think having a parent there for support is good, after all it would be the parents who encouraged and helped him to be where he's at today
Well I am going to comment em10 anyway. I would be there if he were my son, even though I can't stand tennis. And my son probably would be embarrassed about me whooping and shouting!!
Apologies em10. I didn't realise we were only supposed to answer if we agreed with you. So yes, it is strange. Very strange indeed. What kind of mother would want to be there to watch her son playing such an important match. You are so right... what a freaky family! ;)
I would not like a murrays mother watching me as if I say it my self has pety nifty footwork on the old tennis court. My best return was a day trip bus return to Cleethorpes .
Again, as per Cazz. I don't understand really em10 where you are coming from.
If I put my opinion on an OP then I am happy for debate to go on as long as possible as long as people aren't being rude. That is the point of a debate surely.
Tim Henmans parents were always at his matches, I would say its only natural. If your son/daughter was a top sports person wouldnt you like to watch them?Plus Murrays mother is a top coach
She does seem to be at all his matches, which is surprising when you consider that she walked out on his father and left him to bring up Jamie and Andy...........
