Non, je ne regrette rien.
No.
Years ago my Dad was offered work in Australia but my Mum didn't want to leave her family (who lived about 40miles away from us). I often wish they had taken the chance.

Had a chance of going to belize central america and didnt take it
Yes. Should have gone to South Africa with my father and brother when I was 16. Biggest mistake of my life; everything would have been so different.
Nope.
Sometimes. I was asked to join a band in the early 80s which, subsequently, became fairly successful. I occasionally wonder how that would have worked out.

And I sometimes wonder what would have happened if I'd pursued a career in music when I came to London rather than heading for the City...
Yes, but ultimately it was not my decision. Husband offered a transfer from South Africa to South West Africa or coming back to Britain. His career (we had two small chidren) so his choice.
yes
looking back i could kick myself a thousand times over
missed so many good things due to lack of confidence when i was younger
Yes, now 49 wish i had taken the chance to do many things but not confident enough then to do them, are now ,but too old.
Dunno. I suppose im very young to look back and wish id taken chances ...ive taken a fair few and paid off....i wonder what i would have been like if id done a few things differentely though....xx
Yes I do. I had a proposal from a millionaire when I was 21. I turned him down. I foolishly thought I would marry for love. A fool indeed......
Hey if it any consolation I would never have married for money, love is always the best, you will find the right person.
If anything I always tend to be a bit too chancey, I tend to need reigning in if anything, but there are on a personal leve a few things I wish I had done and a few a I wish I hadn't.
no, we cant change the past ! onwards and upwards.
No.
I view the past as a dead end street
No - what's done made me what I am now. I wouldn't be where I am today if I'd taken different risks.
History is bunk in this case; yes to learn and move on but it's very rare that you can correct mistakes or have second chances to proffer from opportunities. Yes, there is so much I would have done differently, starting with my choice of A levels and also women, but I can't unwind it, so there is no point dwelling on the past, is there?
No, because every time there was a chance I took it. Yes to driving a train, yes to flying a plane, yes to taking a boat with a bunch of strangers when offered one day. In fact I have lived my life by taking up whatever chances were offered at the time. I go by what I think it was Confucius said, learn as if you are going to live forever, and live as if you are going to die tomorrow.
