In the words of Captain Mainwaring, "You stupid boy"!

I hope Man U do sell him. Where will he be able to go and play for the same wages plus enjoy the same success?

Good news for Hernandez though, he's been far more effective than Shrek this season and looks as if he gives a lot more to the team and to the shirt.

What sya the Man U fans, do you want him to go or to stay?

It's easy to say he could go to those other clubs.

Whether or not they want or even need him is another matter. The German clubs most certainly don't, given their current positions.
Furthermore, what are the chances of him settling outside these shores? He doesn't strike me as the type somehow.
He has problems speaking English, nevermind a foreign language!
Chilli...exactly.....good point.
He is a working class lad with average IQ..........he would not survive outside the UK.

My bet......Chelsea.
Who will pay £40m for him?
Apparently he wants to go to Chelsea as he is friends with Cole.
is that an euphenism for wifeswapping, ric.ror?
they say that the best thing about knowing a WAG well is that you know where the old boy is for three or four hours on a Saturday afternoon............
Have any of the papers said who wants him ? We are always getting reports of this or that player being on a club's shopping list, together with how long is left on their contract and what the release clause is. Haven't noticed his name being mentioned.

Rooney was dropped altogether today. That's Sir Alex for you, dropping him on Sir Alex's biggest day.. And that must make it easier for Moyes to get rid of him; the fans have got a hint that Sir Alex can live without Rooney, so if Moyes sells him, it'll be no shock.

And I'm certain that Mourinho wouldn't want him at Chelsea.
Rooney hasn't had a good season this year but to say he's been off for a few years is rubbish. Rooney finished second to Van Persie in the Premier League top scorers table last season................
Not a United fan. Cannot see Rooney flourishing abroad. Languages not his strong suit. Wife might enjoy the shopping.
all overpayed, how many fans can earn that amount?!
How many fans are unfit to do their jobs once they get past about 35?
I can't see him going to Arsenal either, he's definitely not Wenger's type of player........he's English.
Of course he has options, Pixar are forever looking for new, not too scary aliens.
Will he be able to match his current £200,000 a week?
I am not sure that I have understood your post craft.
Over 35 and not fit to do their jobs?
