In the words of Captain Mainwaring, "You stupid boy"!
I hope Man U do sell him. Where will he be able to go and play for the same wages plus enjoy the same success?
Good news for Hernandez though, he's been far more effective than Shrek this season and looks as if he gives a lot more to the team and to the shirt.
What sya the Man U fans, do you want him to go or to stay?

It also acted as a reminder that no one player is bigger than the club, particularly at Man U, where Fergie has never had it any other way.
Rooney ought to bear in mind that Moyes will doubtless continue with that particular mindset.
Just to remind him:
Take a bucket and fill it with water,
Put your hand in it up to the wrist,
Pull it out and the hole that's remaining,
Is a measure of how much you'll be missed.
You can splash all you wish when you enter,
You may stir up the water galore,
But stop, and you'll find that in no time,
It looks quite the same as before.

the day showed the downside of ferguson's reign
if you don't do as you are told you sit on the naughty step
it is part of the reason for his success but it also shows a ruthlessness and lack of compassion
would it have hurt to let rooney who has been a key player in the last few years have half an hour on the pitch
rooney's ball for van persie against villa was something very few players can manage
the defeats against real madrid were as much due to the fact that rvp could not hit a barn door at the time
several strong personalities have been ushered out the door
ruud vn, roy keene, paul ince, jaap stam, david beckham
sum when they were past their sell by date but not all
i hope that moyes shows the same winning spirit but with more compassion to his players, the press, the tv media and mostly to officials and opponents

Not the player that we all thought he would be granted but he certainly has being influential at United the team plays 'mostly' with more confidence when he's playing. I think its a shame that he's a want-a-way player again I could see him more permanently in the 'Scholes' role for a few seasons I agree a change might be good for him like Mark 'Sparky' Hughes... please Gawd not Chelsea, I'd rather see him at Littlepool.
As for England, I always get behind them but the fact is in football your only as good as the players around you. United Success, England Abysmal, blaming their short coming on one man is as P!ss poor as their performances.
I hope he stays for another season and see how it goes with Moyes.

Has he burned out or is it his attitude affecting his performance?? I think the latter. He is a pre-madonna who only puts in a shift when he "feels good in himself". For £110,000 per week id have no problem giving my all!!
If he goes to another huge club, he wont be the star, he cant be. He will have to be a squad player and give his all when called upon. If he wants to be the superstar he should play in the Championship!!

I agree he's not going to be the star at a another 'big' club and I'm first to sign the dotted line about want-a-way players... get shot.
If Moyes doesn't want him fair enough what I'm saying is he should (Rooney) give the new Boss a chance and see how it goes with him. I really can't see DM making too many changes to a winning team in the Summer but maybe Rooney isn't even in those plans.
