Yes humber.....good start for England.
and Rogers goes, that's a biggie

game on
Yepp! my concern was a bit "over the top"....;-)
not necessarily sqad, their tail enders are quite capable of putting on another 50/100 between them, and our batting seems capable of olympic standard gormlessness at the moment
Well, we still need three more wickets, and the Aussie tail has been wagging all series...
There's one of them, Siddle goes to Anderson. 245/8
Australia restricted to 270, a lead of 32. Well-bowled by Broad for a five-fer!
what was sqad saying about Root??
the espn commentators say that it was a cracking delivery that would have beaten anyone, but... poor Root. He was doing better at 6.
yes he was jim
o For Funks Sake!!
Relax, it's all part of the plan. Let the Aussies win this test, get their hopes up for a morale-boosting draw, then cream them at the Oval by an innings and then some...Or not.

I like hope people were moaning about our run-rate in the 1st innings, and now our RR is over 3 but three wickets down. More haste, less speed, eh?

Good recovery by KP and Bell, 123/3 at Tea.
they've steadied the ship a bit, but a ninety-odd lead for 3 wickets is'nt good
Kept going for long enough to rescue England, but KP goes for 44, 155/4 for a lead of 123.
keep plugging away Bell
Good response from England adding up to an interesting test match.

Concerns for me at the top of the order..Cook, Root and Trott.
Ah, Bairstow goes for 28, another good start fizzles out. 221/5.

please let Bell stay in, please
He stayed in long enough to get his third 100 of the series... another 50 more would be nice please.

228/5
