England seamers pitching the ball up..............well done.....good start.12-2
Broad is having a good day - still need 12 to avoid the follow on :-)
LOL
still need 12 to avoid the follow on :-) LOL
I thoguht the follow-on target was (opponent's score - 199) in a 5-day test, so that means that at 12/2 Australia would still be 27 short?
I'm off to my game now. Enjoy today's play.
Typo Jim or arithmetic failure :-)
Two reviews in an over! England review fails, Aussie review succeeds, and Rogers survives twice.
not sure this drs is a good thing to many ifs or buts for me
Surely there are even more ifs and buts without DRS though? It's as if people want technology to be 100% perfect, don't like it when there turns out to be some margin for error, and are happy to settle for even less perfect human judgments. Weird.
Broad bowling beautifully.....Brennan doing well.....Jimmy not attacking the stumps and bowling too wide.
Bresnan...sorry...;-)
Surely its not DRS that needs replacing it's the poor quality umpires who are on the elite list who need to be changed.
grumpy...exactly....and the England players need to know the rules.

Now today........if the England bowling performance (Broad excepted) doesn't bowl a better line and length than they did yesterday, then England could be staring a 10wicket defeat, down the barrel.

Alarmist and pessimistic I agree,,,,but that is just a feeling that i have.
as any fule kno, the aussies are rubbish and we are brilliant

not as gloomy as you sqad, but our - superior on paper -batting order isn't delivering consistently and their bowling attack certainly is, when it shouldn't be

it feels like Clarke's turning something around in that dressing room and his captaincy may yet yield a longer game for their side
I think the 5 tests in Australia this winter may prove very interesting.
I sense a hat-trick coming on today - in the first three overs.....Anderson perhaps.....
dtc, it's far too early to be on the sherbert.....;x)
It's in the coffee granules and the burnt toast.....
Haddin goes to Swann, handy early wicket there
