I just can't believe "some" of those posts....particularly one of them....but many others.
Has the term "blowing one's own trumpet" gone out of fashion?

LOL......I lived with the Yorkshire Strangler,would be interesting....BUT some of those "lists"......one in particular......is nauseating.
It's just a bit of fun, sqad. Quite interesting to see famous people are normal too.
don't think anyone purports to be "good" ..just answering the question...
Which one in your opinion is nauseating, Sqad?
Most of the people mentioned in the other thread would list THEIR claim to fame as meeting ME! ;0)

NoM.....just have a look at the thread and you would not need to ask that question.
The majority are reasonable.
Can't name posters as my thread will be removed.
How will I know what YOU find nauseating, Sqad? I might view the offending post completely differently.
For some it depends on how good you are at blowing ;-/

You could blow your own Trumpet Sqad, although in fairness you don't.
You have been a very helpful contributor to many an Aber over the Years, especially in the Medical Section.

Thank you kindly rowan and red......I try.....sometimes i succeed and sometimes I fail miserably, but there again, that is the life story of all medics. ;-)
