Is is possible to put a caption on a photo in Microsoft Picture Manager ?
If so, how do I do it ?

1. Load piccy to Ms Paint (accessories on your pc)
2. click on A on left menu
3. click Image & untick 'draw opaque'
4. On piccy you get a dotted resizeable square to type into
5. choose print color at bottom
6. View click text box to size print
7. Save with new file name so's you dont corrupt original
