hp officejet 6500a plus will only print in draft mode.

It just keeps telling me I have a "paper mismatch"

all paper sizes are set correctly, I have just been on a forum and everybody just recommends printing in draft mode. I dont want to print in draft mode, I want quality prints Grrr

This appears to be a recognised problem.

Thanks Chris, I will give it a go tomorrow. (its my work PC) Draft quality is ok for black and white text but hopeless on anything else.
