Before it disappears of the page can some knowledgeable techie answer my 'E-mail' question posted on 28th, please ?

My only suggestion is to check the settings for both email systems to verify the "leave messages on server" option is set corrently.

If it is set correctly then looking at the mail on either client should leave the mail on the server.

As VHG says - either that, or your mail server is simply ignoring the setting and deleting anyway. Maybe you should talk to your service provider.
