Cannot get tesco online via Explorer 8

After years of shopping online tesco groceries I cannot access it with Ex.8
Rang Tesco and they could not understand it as I get all other Tesco sites and every other site using Explorer. They suggested I go into Firefox and try accessing thru that and lo and behold no problem!

I don't want to use Firefox as my default browser - any ideas what has happened?

You haven't given any useful information here.
Like, what exactly do you mean you can't access it? Do you get an error message - if so what does it say?
Are you trying to access it from a shortcut in your favourites, or by typing the address in, or via a search engine such as Google or Bing?
