I am having a serious problem trying to download a hp photosmart driver to my acer aspire netbook. the dowload takes place but when the final page comes up to customise the software and accept, the button to do this is somewhere off the bottom of the screen and though i can move the page up, not far enough. i have tried hiding the toolbar but it still does not show. this is really annoying, my full size laptop is in for repair and acer is not the quickest company to return them. i am completely unable to print and this is causing me some grief. does anyone know of anything i can do

Try pressing enter, if that doesn't work try Tapping tab once and then press enter.

sadly this does not work and what's more there is no way to get rid of this page either without shutting down the computer completely
I guess rotating the screen 90 degrees would solve the problem. you can try doing this by pressing ctrl + alt + one of the sideways arrow keys, if this doesn't work then right clicking on the desktop and selecting graphics options > rotate and select either 90degrees or 270 degrees.

You'd have to prop the netbook on it's side to use it... but you should be able to see the buttons then.

(ctrl + alt + up arrow will put it back to normal)

it was the screen resolution that was the problem, not set high enough, once this was changed i just managed to get to the accept button then using the enter key to keep moving forward did finally get it downloaded. bit of a performance but successful in the end. thanks for the suggestions
