Re Itunes System.
Being an old fogie, I have no idea how the ITunes system works but I was recently told that when you buy one of their tunes, you only buy a link back to ITunes so that they can relay the tune to your computer or other unit (phone)so that you can play the tune itself.
I also understand that if you move or copy this link, then the link is blocked and you can no longer access the tune.
Unfortunately, my son-in-law had his ITunes links removed from his C: drive to his D: drive (on the same hard drive) and the tunes are no longer accessible.
Is there any way that the block on the links can be removed so that the tune can be played without having to purchase them again?
His laptop is an Asus using Windows Vista.
The links appear as [IsoHunt] tune title.mp3. etc, etc.
Many thanks for any available info.
Wak.
