Skype Problem....

When I Skype my brother I can see and hear him well but, whereas he can see me well, he says the sound is very poor.

I've checked with my other contacts who say both picture and sound are perfect.
My bro has done the same and HIS other contacts say both picture and sound are perfect as well.

So this problem seems only to exist between me and my brother!

Can anybody solve this weird conundrum, please?
