Unable To Run Setop.exe On Windows 7

I have just purchased an 'All in 1 HDD Docking" hardware, but the driver CD does not load automatically. I have tried loading it with "setup.exe" with no avail as my laptop can not seem to find this file. I would be grateful for any help on this subject.
Also the instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired in its translation from Chinese to English and does not seem to be overly helpful.
Any help on either of these problems would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Go to 'My computer' and try double-clicking on the CD drive. That might either run the set-up program or open a window showing you the contents of the CD (from where you can try to locate the necessary file). If you can't access the contents of the CD that way, try right-clicking on the drive icon and selecting 'Explore'.
