I have just upgraded to RealPlayer 16 Plus (£20) and am trying to burn a CD from the library but I get the message ' CD burner not found on your computer, if you have a CD burner please ensure it is properly installed.'

Now I never had this problem with the free version of RealPlayer and my PC hasn't been altered. Have you any suggestions, please ?

I'm running Windows XP with Firefox.

Why upgrade?
You should be able to burn CD's using Windows Media Player for no charge!

Mattk. The RealPlayer 16 plus is a lot faster than the free version.

Also, the music and videos I want to burn are in the RealPlayer library, not Media Player.

Thanks, and any more suggestions on how to solve the problem ?
