Perhaps it's a modern Camera......one of those with a viewing screen. :-)

I thought it would have been obvious as it was posted in the Technology-Computers section but I seem to have misjudged the standard of literacy on this website. So to make it clear to all, I am talking about a desktop computer and the wee icons that you see on the monitor when you start up the computer. Where's Chuckfickens when you need him? :-)

We shall assume Windows shall we? Your not saying!! Could be Ubuntu or Linux.

No idea of what version of Windows your referring to but try looking under Users/Profile pictures under Control Panel.
