Can anyone tell me why a usb bluetooth dongle works perfectly well in my Asus notepad running XP Pro but will not work in my Samsung laptop running windows 8.1 please. Thanks. Tel

Because there aren't any 8.1 drivers for it probably, I'm surprised that a laptop running 8.1 doesn't have BT built in to be honest.
