Help please just bought a usb bluetooth dongle(livewire) plugged into pc but nothing happened cant find on pc and not found when searched for by phone,theirs no disc with dongle and no other..information

What OS you using?
Is it recognised as 'anything'?
You may need to try a different Bluetooth Stack if no go.
Are these the £1 from Poundland, by any chance?

Hi Albags the OS is XP it is not recognised at all and I have 2 dongles one I bought at a computer fair and yesl I did splash out at poundland just in case the first one was faulty but neither one worked
