Downloading E-Books To An Asus Memo Pad
I've been onto Kindle and tried to download an e-book to my new Asus. Although I've had an e-mail from Amazon to say it's downloaded, I haven't a clue where it is or how to find it on the Asus. Does anybody have any ideas?

hc...I think that Tefler already has the Kindle App (it was on my Memo Pad when I bought it). It's just that there are no instructions on how to use it - just trial and error !

On my Azus Memo Pad downloaded books are found using the Amazon Kindle App. Either the book will appear when you start the App, or you will have a screen saying 'Start Reading' which will present a log-in screen when pressed. Log in using your normal Amazon account log-in details and the book should appear.
Open the Kindle App, then press either the 3 bars on the top left of the screen, of the gold Kindle logo next to the bars; this should display a list of options down the left half of the page, being Home, All Items, On Device, Collections, Books, etc. If you press either All Items, On Device or Books, your book should appear on any one, or all, of these choices.
Thank you, everybody, for your help - and in particular to Twix for solving this mystery. There will be further mysteries to solve, I am sure, as there seem to be no instructions to say what to do with this machine! I have downloaded the manual, but even that isn't very illuminating.
Never mind, what is a Christmas holiday for if not for working out how to use a device which ought really to have come with proper instructions? Thank heavens for people like you lot who are willing to help!
