Sound Quality Of Youtube

After finding success in my last post about opening docx files I am hoping you can help me with another problem please?

I did ask on here last week but couldn't resolve............

When playing YouTube videos the sound has suddenly gone strange, missing notes and stopping and starting. If a picture is playing with the music, their mouths are out of synch when singing to the words. Difficult to explain but maybe someone can help me - it is almost as if I have a loose connection on my speaker but I don't think it is that, the sound is driving me mad as nothing plays properly. Thanks in advance for your help :)

Well there's almost certainly nothing wrong with your internet connection then. It still looks like something is hogging the resources on your computer but I'm mystified as o what it could be. Which security software have you got on your computer? (Norton, MSE, AVG, Avast, etc?)
