Setting Up A New Pc.
Is setting up a desktop PC as easy as a laptop?
Need to get a new one ,as the present one is not Wireless Enabled and am using Ethernet Network Adapter with it but my son is not happy with this...hence a new PC.I have wireless broadband where the ENA is running from.

I did have a separate router before.Originally the long, long Ethernet cable was out of top box to PC.Then they gave me a little black modem which sat on top of Tivo .Then later on I had a router (Netgear white one)as I had got a laptop.
Then last March I wanted everything moving to over side of room(TV etc),that is when I got this new lovely shiny black router with blue lights on the side of it...and they did away with the long long Ethernet cable and the modem...and put the Network Adapters for the desktop PC.
That is the history of my Internet.....oh I forgot...many ,many years ago it was connected to my phone...Dial Up...awful!!!!! Remember that?
