I am regularly getting a message that my Silverlight plug in has crashed.
Can I fix this?

In Windows you could go to the Control Panel then Add / Remove Programs (name varies between releases) and uninstall Microsoft Silverlight.

Then reboot your PC.

Then reinstall it.

Mind you, I don't believe many web sites use it (some do) so you may want to leave it uninstalled until a web site asks for it.

I have Silverlight which came along as a Browser 'plug-in', I believe when I up-dated Firefox at some time back.. However, I have it set as 'Ask to Activate' and allow my computer to use 'Adobe Flash Player' which can be downloaded from :-

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
