Computer Printer Recommendation Required,please
I need a colour laser printer for occasional use, say, 2 copies once per week, that comes with fitted with all the necessary printing ink cartridges.
The price should be below £100.

There are hardly any below £100 but the Samsung C410W Xpress is reasonably well-reviewed and currently heavily discounted to just £99 with both Amazon

(With such a tight budget that's probably not just your best option but your only one!)
However I'm mystified as to why you would want a laser printer for such limited use anyway. Laser printers are best for printing text documents in large quantities but inkjets are far better at reproducing colour. Further, as long as you use good quality paper, text is nearly as crisp with a modern inkjet as it is with any laser printer.
My suggestion would be to go for a Canon Pixma MG6450 inkjet. For my reasoning, please read my posts here:
