on my desktop.

I did some updates a couple of days ago, which have left a picture of a disc on the bottom right of the screen (not in the bar at the bottom, sorry but I don't know the correct terminology), but on the actual screen. It's says Data Disc on the top of the picture, + Cyberlink on the bottom, + some numbers 0.02/4.38GB.
It's about 2"x1"
Now I do have Cyberlink, but haven't actually used it yet on this laptop.

HP15-g)94sa 15" Laptop - Purple ;)
Thanks in advance + anticipation.
Oh, nearly forgot....Chrome ;)

Question Author

Try, try again and all that. You can do it
Question Author
hc....I don't see how.....showed me a code on the printer window of 8 digits, then told me to enter the digits....but where? how? there was no instructions on the laptop regarding a code, + nowhere to type the numbers in.

Like I said, I need either a techy minded adult, or a child...they seem to be born with IT skills these days :)

Hmmm. What make/model is the printer? Are you connecting by wifi or bluetooth?
Question Author
Epson XP 322.
Trying to connect by wi-fi

I am not familiar with Epson printers at all.

If you open the software can you see anywhere where it says connect printer or something like that?
Question Author
We got to the connecting part...had the printer + lappy on same surface with router in between, + all looked to be going fine...,said connecting, please wait,....but then "connection failed". :(

No worries, hc, you've spent more than enough precious time on me today,....+ I'm worn out...shall be having a sofa-kip as soon as The One Show's finished tonight, I expect ;)
Thanks again

When you feel ready to try again start a new thread with printer in the heading. Hopefully you'll get someone with the same model who can help
Question Author
