Task Bar Now At Right Hand Side?......

....eek, what's happened now? The bar that should be at the bottom (task bar?) ...the one with windows logo + battery icon + speaker is now vertical at the right of the screen.

Windows 8.1
Google Chrome

It did accidentally get turned off with a few tabs open ( a dusting accident), and was like this when I restarted it.

Left-click a blank area of the bar & drag it to the bottom.

Now right-click a blank area & tick "Lock the taskbar".

It Lie-in King's method appears not to work, don't give up; it can often take several tries to get the 'dragging' bit to work.
