Shortly after using face book to video chat ---an icon has appeared at the top of screen to say "your camera and microphone are being shared" -click to control sharing!! When i click nothing happens--what is all this about? PS. I have unplugged the camera yet the icon is still there

Have re-started my PC and icon has gone----still wondering why it appeared in the first place!!!

You could try uninstalling the Facebook Video Calling plug-in by going to Control Panel, clicking Programs and Features, then selecting the Facebook Video Calling Plugin and uninstalling it.

Facebook should then recognize that you do not have the plug-in installed and will prevent other users from calling you on Facebook. The plug-in could then be reinstalled at a later date simply by visiting http://www.facebook.com/videocalling.
