Driver Update Pop Up

I keep getting this pop up headed DRIVER UPDATE
and showing the Windows logo and says Update the driver in 2 minutes (Recommended) free download.
At the bottom it is from ReviverSoft Driver Reviver

Do I take any notice ( I use Windows 8.1)

I would never take any notice of ANY program that "popped up" without me asking for it.

Same as I take no notice of unsolicited phone calls, or people trying to sell me things at my front door.

Obey all those "rules" and you are less likely to get scammed.

p.s. A search on the web shows this program is not free it looks like you have to pay for it

It's malware (or, more specifically, adware).
